Lately I've made so many desserts/cakes/cookies! I love to cook!
This time I've made a chocolate cake also called chocolate gateau, with chocolate ganache.
So yummy! Best way to make breakfast!
For the cake I've followed this recipe: www.justonecookbook.com/recipe…
And for the chocolate ganache the process is the following:
Ingredients:
200g dark chocolate
180g cream
Finely chop the chocolate with the help of a sharp knife or a grater .
Meanwhile, heat the cream in a double boiler , but avoid boiling.
Melt the chopped chocolate into the cream with the help of a whip .
Prepare a bowl with ice and water, then immerse the pot in this frozen solution and mount the mixture with electric beaters until consolidation of the cream.
Then I've melted some pieces of white chocolate with the same process and put on the top of the cake with the shape of an heart.
